WDAY Honor Flight is no longer accepting applications for
future trips. However, you can still apply on the National
Honor Flight Website at
http://www.honorflight.org/. There are many
locations around the country conducting these trips and we hope other
groups in Minnesota and North Dakota consider organizing a trip for
the World War II Veterans in their community.

We Need Your Help
To make this fourth and final Honor Flight a reality we still need
your help. By the time the third Honor Flight departed our combined
fundraising efforts had brought in almost half of the money needed
to make a fourth Honor Flight possible. Since that time
contributions have continued to trickle in - but at a much slower
pace. We still need to raise roughly $50,000.00 to make this fourth
and final flight a reality.
If your business or group would like to set-up a fundraiser to help
us reach our goal, please call Lance Akers our fundraising
coordinator at (701) 238-9298 Please call prior to planning and
scheduling your fundraiser. By informing us of your plans it will
help us better track and project our fundraising needs. In addition
to that, we may be able to help you promote your event.

A Honor Flight TV Special
was aired on WDAY,
Channel 6 in December, 2007.
Call WDAY (701)237-6500 to order a copy
of the TV special on DVD. They will take your name,
address and phone number. The cost is $15 if picked up at
the station or $20 if it needs to be shipped. Make
checks payable to "Honor Flight" and mail by January 15th to
"Honor Flight" in c/o WDAY, PO Box 2466, Fargo, ND, 58108.
