The Ceremony will be held at NOSC Fargo, 3920, 31st St. N., Fargo (North of the Air Port on Cass Co. 20).  A reception will be held after the ceremony. 

The NOSC Christmas Party (SeaBee sponsored) and some retirement parties will be held at the Expressway Inn, I-94 & S. Univ. Dr., Fargo (701)235-3141.

We will again be sending pre-paid phone cards to our Sailors and Marines hospitalized at Bethesda so they can make calls to family and friends over the holidays. You can drop off your phone cards or cash (we can buy them for you) at the Reserve Center when you come for the retirement ceremonies or send them to Senior Chief Rice at the address listed below. Thank you. (We receive a nice thank you letter from Bethesda each year so we know our Sailors and Marines use and appreciate them.)
