DRILL WEEKEND RESCHEDULE PROCESS

This is not an official NRC Fargo Website.  The Reschedule process and form is made available here as a convenience for SELRES who have a difficult time getting Internet access to the official Website.  Please use your Chain of Command and the official NRC Fargo Website if you have any questions.

-All reschedules will be to the make-up drill weekend. If there is a conflict with this procedure, the reschedule will need to be approved by the Reserve Center Commanding Officer.

-A reschedule of a reschedule will not be allowed unless there is extenuating circumstances. This reschedule must be approved by the Reserve Center Commanding Officer.

-If you are going to be on AT during a drill weekend, be sure to reschedule prior to departing. Reschedules after the drill period are not allowed.

A. Planned Reschedule in advance (by the prior drill month)

1. Contact your chain of command for approval.
2. Inform mustering Petty Officer of approved reschedule.
3. Muster with Program Manager, YN2 Jones.

B. Short Notice Reschedule (from 2 to 30 days prior to drill weekend)

1. Contact your chain of command for approval.
2. Inform YN2 Jones of approved reschedule dates.
3. Muster with Program Manager, YN2 Jones.

C. Emergency Reschedule (less than 2 days prior to the drill weekend)

1. Contact your chain of command for approval.
2. If you can not get hold of your chain of command, contact the Reserve Center chain of command for approval.
3. You must contact either your chain of command or the Reserve Center Commanding Officer by 1200 Sunday or you will receive a “U” for those drills.
