Military Appreciation Night – Redhawks:
Commander Rice asked for a count of color guard members participating at the game. He handed out a document that illustrated the color guard formation and field marching route. Color guard units are to muster at 1830 at the stadium. Dave will get general admission game tickets for the color guard units. Discussion was held about the 30 front row third base line tickets. A motion was made by Rice and seconded by Haukedahl to split tickets up among the commanders and hand them out as they choose. Discussion was held about raffling off items. It was decided we would raffle off the jersey left over from last year.

Veterans will receive free admission with proper ID at the Fair on Saturday June 23rd. Only veterans are allowed free admission. Others accompanying the veterans to the fair must pay regular admission. Color guards are to muster at the concert stage area at 1830.

Legion Convention Parade:
Area veteran organizations are welcome and encouraged to have their color guard units participate in the American Legion Department of North Dakota Convention parade. Rice mentioned each veteran organization needs liability insurance coverage for their color guard members and asked that each organization check to see if they do. The parade will begin at 2000 (8:00 p.m. CDT).

4th of July Parade:
The decision was made to participate in the Moorhead 4th of July parade rather than hold one in Fargo. Moorhead has an annual parade, is already organized, and the veteran color guard units may join this parade. Start time of the parade is unknown.

Question was asked if Jan Jorgensen, UPB Secretary is on the UPB committee since she is no longer the AMVETS commander.
