Member Present: Phil Woods, Bill Tuff, Jim Haudedahl, Jan Jorgensen, Dave Rice, Ed Milligan, Larry Nicholson, John Lopez, Wally Buckingham, Terry Richardson. Guest: Jim Schlenker Bob Jacobson

Called meeting to order at 6:30. John Woods recorder. Had Pledge. No additions to the agenda, approved minutes as printed for the last meeting 23 May 05. No treasures report.

Old Business

Robalo Memorial, Ceremony set for Saturday 15:30 23 July 05. All Color Guards should attend 3:00 PM.

Memorial Day: Getting Flag on grave didn’t go well at Riverside. Sunset need 425 flags for next year. AMVETS will check into. Moorhead services went well and so did ceremonies in West Fargo.

Veterans Memorial Bridge: Still waiting Governors signature in Minnesota. Discussed Memorial Plaque, need money from Posts and from any companies.

Official mailing Address: Discussed Licenses for UPB.

Operation Yankee Doodle: Supplies have been turned over to the guard to get sent off.

Metro Area Mayors Committee for the Disabled: Meeting attended by Russ Stabler.

4th of July Parade in Moorhead.4th Ave South at 11th Street (12-12:30 form up) Raise colors at 1:00 PM.

Dedication of new Flag pole at 8 PM. Larry reported pole is not installed yet, may not be able to dedicate pole.

Walkie talkies needed for parade 4 to be purchased, Motion by Dave Rice and Seconded by Wally Buckingham, passed.

New Business

New members of the Committee: need list of Commanders.
