Meeting called to order: 1859, Pledge of Allegiance

Honor Flight- 101 WWII vets sent on last flight. Changes to last months minutes.

Both signs will cost 27,337$ for engraving on them.

Motion to approve minutes with changes from last month- Jim Haukedahl, seconded by Anderson. Passed

Financial-Bob Long report $22,250.30 sign account'$4,272.65 regular account Peggy Raasch-$300.00 still to come in for jerseys she purchased.  No bills to pay.

Bridge sign- nothing new on sign. $22,000 for special account to pay for sign. Ed Milligan wants a motion to go see Mayor of Moorhead for $7,500 that was allotted for sign before.- Anderson makes motion and seconded by Wagemann. Motion passed, carried.

Military Appreciation- Colorguards need a little more coordination. Hope we will be invited next year. DAV had a colorguard there for the first time.

New Business:

Honor Flight- 7,8 September and 2,3, November 2007 locked in for next trips. Both flights will be on 747. Both cars were given away tonight. Sold tickets earning over 200,000$

11 November, Veteran’s Day is on Sunday this year. Wagemann, motion, Jacobson seconded. March in parade. Will keep the day the same time, do not change.

Friday 1400, 27 July 2007, National Guard will be coming in from Iraq via Wisconsin. We need colorguards at Concordia gymnasium. These are Minnesota troops.

VA Stand Down 1 August, Civic Center, Bob Stewart would like the colorguards there.  Starts at 1000. Both ND and MN flags there would be nice. Retire colors at 1600. Commanders please check on colorguards.
