Meeting was opened by Commander Richardson who lead us in the pledge. He then ask if there was any additions to the agenda being none moved on, the minutes were not read as we all had a copy of them. He ask for the treasures report there is about $4000.00 in the account with $3823.00 from the sale of jerseys & a $500.00 donation from the D A V . Bills to be paid $23.72 Frame for poster

Guest Speaker Fargo Legion talked about the first annual Military appreciation Ball and benefit to be held Saturday Oct. 7th 2006 at the Legion Hall tickets $55 couple.

Veterans Memorial Bridge : Cost of the black granite $60,000.00 with 50% down before he orders it with 2 wks after the rough drawing and 8wks after approval. We voted on not having a border between the two granite carried Wally made motion to make the top the same height as the low end of the present sign Ed second motion carried. Larry made motion the letters be 75% of the black granite Ed second it motion carried. Wally made motion front side only would be shiny or polished Motion carried Kerbaugh made motion on the thickness 6" 8" &10" Wally second carried. Discussed Military Day at the Horse Track, Terry will check out some fund raiser .
