Meeting called to order by Chairman Terry Richardson who lead us in the pledge and a moment of silence.
Minutes where accepted. Treasures report was read and discussed. $6170.63 in account Motion by Buckingham seconded by Eleffson to accept, motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS :
The USS Robalo Memorial Dedication was discussed and everyone thought it went well.
Memorial Day also went great.
Veterans Memorial Bridge, Dedication May 20th all bills are not signed yet
4th of July Parade in Moorhead 28 units but P A system didn't work

NEW BUSINESS
Military Appreciation Night Aug. 31st 50 tickets to each organization need color guards.
Flag Covers were discussed $116.94 Motion by Milligan 2nd by Buckingham Passed
